As soon as I arrived in Zarnesti, a town in the Brasov county, it started raining. The town is located near the Piatra Craiului Mountains, so most of the tourists pass through Zarnesti before they start climbing the mountains.

While waiting for the rain to stop, I saw an old lady holding some red cherries passing by, and I asked her if I could photograph her. She was visiting her daughter, who lives in the other part of the town. "I took some cherries with me, to keep me company on the road," she said. She was curious to see the photo and liked the result, so she offered me half of the cherries. Her name was Cretu Didina.
